I haven't used this review set but..
This is the definition of a HIGH YIELD resource (90 pages and it hits so much of your MCAT)! It has a bunch of definitions, equations, values, properties, constants, listed and sorted by category. Don't let it intimidate you, yes there's a lot, but if you go through your study journey, you should hit most of this resource.
You won't be tested on all of this, and it might've missed some. But it's a great place to start, or then review. I would use this with another resource if you are weak in a particular subject!!
