I remember people saying that doing these questions were essential for the exam, but I personally had mixed reviews with them. The CARS questions I thought were essential because no other resource is able to better replicate the style of logic than AAMC itself. However, some of the physics and chem q packs I found were not very similar to the actual test questions and some were stand alone questions (not passage based) so they felt easier. Still, I would still recommend doing them if you have extra time and want extra practice, but I just don't think they were my most helpful resource.
