I found the CARs practice questions from AAMC (both vol 1 and 2) to be essential because few other resources (ex. Uworld, Blueprint) are able to replicate the exact style of CARs questions that AAMC likes. I did a section or two at a time and spread out these questions so that I could be getting my reps in over time rather than all in one sitting. Careful analysis of why you're getting questions wrong is key so that you can learn their logic.
